It is apparent to anyone with eyes and an observant mind that geoengineering left the lab a few years ago in the UK and probably longer in the USA and in most other UN countries too. Why have they not been open with us? It is part of a conditioning process so that when they do officially 'start' most people won't even notice the difference. My only surprise is that so many people have not noticed the drastic change in our skies in recent years. It looks like the governments predicted right!
