Can business heal instead of harm? Join this interactive workshop to explore how companies can solve social issues while staying financially sustainable

What if business was not about maximizing profit, but about solving social issues and creating value for communities—while still being financially sustainable? This interactive workshop challenges participants to imagine just that.

Through small group discussions, guided prompts, and creative exercises, you will:

  • Explore the transformative potential of redefining business.
  • Analyze systemic barriers that keep the old model in place.
  • Share unconventional ideas and resources.
  • Leave with a personal action pledge for shaping the future of business.

The format combines science, practice, and playfulness: from an icebreaker that fosters deep connection, to structured turn-taking that ensures every voice is heard, to tangible “action postcards” that make your ideas last beyond the room.

What to expect?

  • Engaging group conversations on the future of business.
  • A safe and inclusive environment where all voices matter.
  • Practical tools and inspiring examples of regenerative models.
  • A chance to reflect on your own “activation points” for change.

Why join?

Because the way we define business shapes the world we live in. This workshop offers not only new ideas but also a personal entry point into creating regenerative futures. You’ll leave with inspiration, clarity, and a concrete step you can take to align your own work—or organization—with social value and sustainability.
