Klaus Töpfer Sustainability Fellow
Adina is a social entrepreneur, systems thinker, and environmental psychology researcher working at the intersection of environmental psychology, systems change, and regenerative economics. She is dedicated to redefining the role of business in society and turning equal access to high quality educational opportunities into a universal human right, instead of a privilege. Adina is also the founder of Tianmei World Academy, a translocal decentralized "network of classrooms" cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary educational platform experimenting with environments and tools that cultivate agency, relational intelligence, and regenerative leadership. Her work integrates systems thinking, design research, and cross-cultural knowledge traditions to explore how inner transformation and institutional redesign can support sustainability transitions. Her research as a Klaus Töpfer Sustainability Fellow explored how redefining business as a social problem-solving institution can contribute to addressing the polycrisis.
