Can podcasts serve as a digital arena to open up conversations between professors, activists, artists, and other practitioners, and the audience? Which challenges are associated to this?

Demand-side policies targeting the carbon footprint of products are promising instruments for the much-needed rapid decarbonization of industry and construction. The built environment has become a testing ground for path-breaking policies in the form of maximum carbon footprint procurement specifications for building products and maximum whole life carbon thresholds for buildings.

The 2023 Marine Regions Forum conference in the Western Indian Ocean (WIO) region will be hosted in The United Republic of Tanzania, in collaboration with the Republic of Seychelles. The conference is being organized in partnership with the Nairobi Convention Secretariat and regional partners.
