Tina Woydowski-Parzych studied Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on chemistry and the environment. After her studies, she worked as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Global Human Resources Services division in Hamburg. After spending several years abroad in London and holding various positions in the service sector, she returned to Germany in 2011.

She has been working at RIFS (formerly IASS) since March 2012, first as assistant to the founding director Prof. Klaus Töpfer, briefly as assistant to the former scientific director Prof. Patrizia Nanz, and since 2018 as project assistant in the area of human resources and organizational development.
