Dr. Melisa Ross is Co-Lead of the Global Citizens’ Assembly Network (GloCAN) and currently co-leads the evaluation of the Global Citizens’ Assembly. Her research focuses on participatory and deliberative democracy at the regional and transnational level, with a comparative focus on Europe and Latin America.
