Luisa Schröder has been working as a student assistant in the ‘Democratic Governance and Action’ research group at RIFS since September 2025 and supports the projects ‘Potential of municipal financial participation in the expansion of renewable energies’.
Since October 2025, she's been pursuing a master's degree in politics and economics at the University of Erfurt, focusing on urban and spatial sociology and sustainability transformation in urban areas.
Previously, she completed an interdisciplinary bachelor's degree in International Cultural and Business Studies with a focus on Francophone cultural and literary studies at the University of Passau. In her thesis, she examined the role of community-supported enterprises (CSX) in sustainable urban development.
