Franca Lersch has been working as a Science Management Officer at RIFS since 2026.
Previously, she worked as a Technical Advisor in the public sector, where she managed federal funded projects in the field of energy efficiency and led the evaluation team for a funding programme.
Franca Lersch holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning – Spatial Sustainability Sciences from Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Global Environmental and Sustainability Studies from Lüneburg.
