Adisa Osmani is a research fellow at RIFS since February 2026, contributing to the scientific exploration of environmental policy and air quality under climate change. She holds a Master of Science in International Management and Leadership with a specialization in Environmental Management from the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM), where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Agriculture Management. As part of her academic journey, she spent one year at Hochschule Geisenheim University in Germany. Professionally, she has worked in various roles within the non-governmental organization IADK in Kosovo, focusing on agricultural development, sustainable farming, and climate resilience. Her recent work centers on modelling and validating PM10 and PM2.5 distribution in Pristina under climate change conditions. In 2025, she co-authored a study presented at the INFOTEH-JAHORINA International Symposium, addressing the application of IT tools for environmental forecasting in road transportation. Her research interests include urban air pollution, sustainable development, digital tools for environmental assessment, and community-based adaptation strategies.
