Overline: Roundtable at the European Hydrogen Week
Headline: The EU Hydrogen Strategy: Are member states onboard?

The European Commission’s REPower EU strategy defines ambitious targets for the hydrogen sector. By 2030, it aims to secure 20 million tons of clean hydrogen, produced in equal parts domestically and in partner countries. While the EU plays a key role in setting the regulatory framework for this market ramp-up, member states remain central to deploying the needed production capacities and trade infrastructure. In this vein, this session will discuss progress in key member states and explore to what their hydrogen policies and programs are aligned with EU-level ambitions. The session will feature speakers from Poland, France, Spain and Germany who will provide a critical perspective on ongoing policy developments in their respective countries.
